Kelly Lerner, board Chair, is an architect and owner of One World Design Architecture. She specializes in energy efficient, healthy green design as well as sustainable housing for international development projects.The Rev. Margaret Fisher is priest-in-charge at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. She delights in innovative and spontaneous celebrations of the goodness of all creation. Margaret's background is in child welfare, economic justice, and community design, as well as education and advocacy for full inclusion in the church and in the world.
Jennifer Foster-Fausett,
board treasurer, is an oncology nurse at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. She has been active in the LGBTQ community for many years and is also on Odyssey’s Masquerade committee.
Lynn Jinishian, is a clinical nursing instructor at the WSU College of Nursing. She hopes to graduate with her master's degree in population health nursing with a focus on adolescents in May, 2013. With a belief that understanding sexuality is a fundamental human right, she facilitates a comprehensive sexuality education curriculum at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Spokane for 12-14 year old youth.
Catherine Nero Lowry, is a library professional working for both Spokane Public and Spokane County Library systems. She is an advocate for young adults and the services provided and needed for them in this community, she volunteers for both Odyssey and VOA Crosswalk. She has a masters in library and information science (MLIS) from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (UWM).
Mike Petersen is the Executive Director of The Lands Council, and is a board member of a number of organizations besides Odyssey, including the Northwest Washington Forestry Coalition, the Coeur d' Alene Forest Coalition, and Farm Power. He has a mechanical engineering degree from Colorado State University and more than 30 years of experience in environmental advocacy.
John Robertson is the Shelter Supervisor for the Crosswalk program through Volunteers of America Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. He strives to spread a consciousness of sustainable living through the medium of social art and community organization. John is an adamant supporter of many local associations including Youth Sustainability Council, Our Kids Our Business, MCP Spokane, Community-Minded Enterprises, and RiVerSpeAK: Spokane’s Forum for Everything Artistic.
